FerCare Forte – What is it?

A food supplement based on Ferronyl® Iron, Hemoglobin and Lactoferrin, which is a significant technological innovation in the dietary integration of iron. The iron in this food supplement is micronized and microencapsulated, allowing it to be absorbed by the body without causing constipation or gastrointestinal irritation (heartburn, reflux).As is well known, the traditional absorption of iron orally causes gastrointestinal disorders due to its irritating action on the gastrointestinal mucosa. FerCare Forte does not cause adverse gastrointestinal reactions.

Hemoglobin is a source of enriched heme iron, which is absorbed by the intestine with optimum bioavailability and tolerability.

Lactoferrin is a glycoprotein found in milk and other biological secretions, known for its ability to bind iron and for its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties. Its inclusion in a dietary iron supplement is particularly beneficial as it improves iron absorption, reduces undesirable gastrointestinal effects such as constipation and contributes to the regulation of iron metabolism in the body.
